Why "Faro"?
Built from the inside.
Faro is backed by current certifications relevant to the populations and systems it works within:
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention — Training the Trainers (Relias)
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (Southwest Behavioral & Health Services)
Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona Department of Public Safety)
Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED (United CPR Association)
Article 9 (Arizona Department of Economic Security)
The name comes from El Faro de Mazatlán — a lighthouse in my family's hometown.
Strong practices start with strong systems. And good systems, like good lighthouses, guide people home. That belief sits at the center of every service Faro provides — compliance work isn't just about passing an audit. It's about building something steady enough for your team, and your community, to depend on.
Credentialed, Cleared & Continuously Trained
Most compliance consultants audit from the outside looking in. Faro Consulting Group was built from the inside out.
Faro was founded to serve behavioral health and home- and community-based service (HCBS) providers — the clinics doing some of the most essential, high-stakes work in healthcare, often with the least administrative support to match.
A decade on the ground,
not just in the audit room.
Before Faro, there was over a decade of hands-on experience inside the organizations it now serves.
That experience spans Registered Behavior Technician work, administrative coordination, credentialing, and healthcare compliance across ABA and behavioral health settings throughout Arizona. It's ground-level work — the kind that teaches you what actually happens at the front desk, in the staff meeting, in the moment an audit notice arrives.
That experience shapes everything Faro builds: practical, detail-driven systems designed around the real day-to-day of clinical and administrative teams — not theoretical best practices that fall apart on contact with a real clinic.
